| Terms and Conditions For Domestic Indian Customers: |
| Orders are accepted for delivery against Payment from Domestic Indian Customers in Indian Rupees. All Customers are requested to Prepay their orders. |
- We offer maximum Trade Discount to customers for Single orders over Rs. 50,000.00 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only)
- Central Sales Tax will be charged at the rates applicable at the time of dispatch.
- Local Sales Tax / VAT @ 12.5% on Consumer Fragrances and 4% on Industrial Fragrances, will be charged as applicable.
- All goods are dispatched pre-paid through road transport only.
- Customers are requested to provide us with their TIN number and PAN number along with their orders.
- In various States and Union Territories where Mandated, Road Permits, Way-Bill, etc. must be sent along with the Orders.
- The Ordered Attars are shipped F.O.R. as above, and insured against losses in transit.
- Advance payment to be made by Bank Demand Draft payable at Mumbai.

| Packing Information |
| All our products are packed in Standardised Sturdy Corrugated Cartons, Strapped with Heavy Duty Strapping Tapes and Label identified. Where needed our Products are packed in Double Cartons to ensure that our products reach our customers in Factory-Fresh conditions. |

| Shipping within India |
| For our domestic customers, all orders are shipped only through ground transportation (Motor Transport). Our Customers are requested to provide the name of the transport that is convenient for them. |
|
Shipments in India are sent freight prepaid for single orders above Rs.50,000.00. We do not levy additional packing charges and forwarding charges. For orders under Rs.50,000.00, the shipment is sent on ‘To-Pay’ (Freight Collect) basis.
Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received. Most orders are ready for shipment within 3 days of receipt of payment. Delivery time within India will depend on available transport carriers and the transit time from our Works in Himachal Pradesh or Mumbai to the customers destination. |

| Payments from Overseas customers are accepted in US$ (United States Dollars) and Euros € (European Union). |

| International Shipping to Destinations outside India |

| All of our orders are shipped only after full payment has been received. |

| International shipments will require additional processing time due to Customs Clearance and Verifications, Shipping Documentation, Consolidation of Shipments, Availability of Cargo Ships, etc. |

| Products sent to destinations outside India are generally via Sea Cargo and or by Air Cargo. Unless specifically requested, our Standard Packing shall be implemented. Please provide us with detailed information if you have any special packing or shipping requirements. In case of Local Regulatory Compliance, the Customer is requested to ensure compliance or inform us of such Necessary Requirements, before our Attars are shipped. |
